Key core tasks of Aequor
The key
core tasks of Aequor are the maintenance and development of the qualification
structure and quality improvement for practical vocational training.
Qualification structure
The wish of
every business operator is to ensure a natural supply of qualified
professionals. It is therefore essential supply and demand between business and
education to match as far as possible. To achieve this goal, Aequor takes
responsibility for the agricultural qualification structure. Schools translate
this qualification structure into a teaching programme, which results in a
coherent collection of competences in relation to both theory and practice.
Practical vocational training
To increase
the quality of any course, theory and practice have been combined for every
student in senior secondary vocational education in the agricultural sector.
Practical vocational training is a compulsory component of the course, and is
only possible at training companies approved by Aequor. Approved training
companies meet the quality criteria, which for example demonstrate that the
training is integrated in the business operations, the student will be well
supervised, and the work is meaningful.
Approved
training companies are listed in a public register.
